Slack has a powerful translation tool called Translate, which can be added to any of your channels simply by typing in @Translate in the chat, then hitting enter. Once Translate has joined the channel (depending on the privacy settings you have set for it), click on Translate's name to go to the settings. Here, you'll able to configure the language settings for each channel that the app is enabled on. 

To change the language translation of the channel, navigate to the desired channel in the list, click "Edit", then adjust Second Language accordingly.

If Translate asks for authorization to append translations to your own messages, please click "Authorize". This way, translations will show in the same message instead of a separate one.

Please use Shared Drives for collaborative documents and files. Do not use your My Drive for collaborative team docs. Review the November 2021 and December 2021 Lunch-n-Learn materials (below) to learn more.

Premise employees and contractors can use Google Drive to collaborate with internal and external users. You can shared documents, files, and folders with specific email addresses. External users do not have to be Google email addresses for it to work; any email is fine.

We do restrict files from being completely available / public on the internet. For those requests, please submit a ticket.

The training will be provided for only 2-3 months, then you will be rolled off of the training program. During that time, you should take 1-2 courses and then can expense your certification exam.
