Before submitting this ticket, please review our IT Asset Management Policy (Lost or Stolen Equipment) which outlines critical immediate actions required to protect company data. Key steps include:
Immediately contacting your direct supervisor
Filing a police report for stolen devices
Avoiding logging into company accounts from unsecured devices
Use this to request changes to Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rules.
 This includes new rules, modifications, or exceptions. Examples include:
Creating new DLP rules for sensitive data types
Modifying existing DLP policies for specific departments
Implementing DLP monitoring for new systems
Requesting exceptions for specific business workflows
Updating DLP configurations to address security findings
